​When you order from My Vintage, your chosen treasures are carefully wrapped, securely packaged and sent out quickly — to anywhere in the world. We use trusted shipping services to ensure your vintage finds reach you safely and on time, whether you’re shopping from the UK or overseas.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: £4.95 – usually 3–5 working days.

• Express Delivery: £8.95 – usually 1–2 working days.
   

Please note: shipping costs are calculated by weight. Heavier or bulkier orders may incur a higher delivery fee, which will always be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

International Delivery – Europe

• Under 1kg: £8.95 (approx. 3–5 working days)

• 1–2kg: £14.95 (approx. 3–5 working days)

• Over 2kg: £24.95 (approx. 3–5 working days)
   

International shipping is also calculated by weight. The final delivery cost for your order will be displayed at checkout.

• Under 1kg: £12.95 (approx. 5–10 working days)

• 1–2kg: £19.95 (approx. 5–10 working days)

Order Processing

All orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Each item is carefully checked, cleaned and packed with care before being shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking & Missing Parcels

Most orders are sent using tracked services. You’ll receive tracking information where available. If your order hasn’t arrived within:

• UK: 15 working days

• Express UK: 2 working days

• International: 15 working days

We retain proof of postage for all shipments and will be happy to investigate. On rare occasions, parcels may be delayed or held at your local sorting office. Orders sent via courier require a signature on delivery.
