RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your order from My Vintage. But if something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple and straightforward. Please take a moment to read our policy below to understand how returns work for both brand new and original vintage items.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for most items.

  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewellery, underwear, or swimwear.

  • Sale items and discounted products are also non-returnable.
     

Refunds vs Credit Notes

  • Brand New Items: Always eligible for a full refund if returned in original condition.

  • Secondhand Vintage Items: Refunds are only offered if the item is faulty or grossly misrepresented. For items that don’t fit or suit, we issue a credit note.

  • Credit notes are issued as an online voucher code.

  • Valid for 6 months.

  • Can be used across the entire site, giving you plenty of choice and flexibility.
     

How to Return

  1. Within 14 days of receipt, email us at info@myvintage.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return
     

We will issue you with a Returns Number. This must be clearly marked on the outer package.

  1. You then have 14 days to return the parcel to the address we provide. Please use a signed-for or insured service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

  2. Once received, we’ll process your return and email you to confirm either:

  3. A refund (if eligible), or

  4. A credit note with your unique voucher code.
     

Condition of Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • My Vintage reserves the right to refuse refunds or credit notes on items that:
    Appear worn or damaged after purchase
    Are returned outside the stated timeframe
    Do not include a valid returns number
