This amazing top comes from a small collection of dead stock ladies tops that were made in the 1960s but never sold or worn so are just like new. Cute and summery lemon tank top in a pretty open-knit style with scalloping detail to the neck, arms and hem. Made from 100% acrilan so an acrylic knit with some stretch. Finished with two strong and durable carry handles. The inner zip has broken so this does not zip up anymore. Measures approx 14" x 9" x 4" with a strap drop of approx 11". This is a truly stunning original Japanese kimono from the 1950s/1960s. White rayon/silk with a beautiful novelty print of Japanese mountains and buildings in rich greens. This is such a cute find - an original vintage bikini from the 1960s. Handmade to a high standard with elasticated waist and leg holes on the briefs and a back hook and halter neck tie on the top.
