A wonderfully glamorous 1950s vintage diamanté necklace, beautifully constructed from sparkling clear rhinestones individually claw-set into silver-tone metal.
A continuous line of round stones forms the necklace before becoming more elaborate towards the centre, where larger pear-cut rhinestones are arranged among clusters of smaller stones to create a graceful V-shaped design, finished with a dramatic teardrop stone suspended at the lowest point.
The combination of different stone sizes and cuts catches the light beautifully and gives the piece that unmistakable mid-century evening glamour without feeling overly heavy or ornate.
Finished with a traditional spring-ring fastening and measuring approximately 16"–17" in length, it sits elegantly around the neckline and would be fabulous for evening wear, occasion dressing or as genuinely vintage bridal jewellery.
