Step back in time with this charming original 1950s vintage dress, crafted from breathable cotton in a stunning rose floral print. The tones of turquoise blue and taupe beige are very classy and this would look great with tan accessories. This classic silhouette features a softly structured collar, short sleeves, fabric-covered buttons, and a matching waist belt to cinch in for that iconic hourglass shape. The skirt is beautifully full and pleated, not a full circle but perfect for twirling or pairing with a small petticoat. There is a loose rivet on the belt and one small hole towards the underarm as pictured, but generally in good vintage condition and priced accordingly.

The labels on vintage clothing can vary massively depending on country of origin and date of manufacture. Clothing sizes have changed over the years and from decade to decade we see alternative types of sizing as well as variations on the way measurements equate to dress sizes.
