Original 1950s Vintage Pink Spring Floral Swing Dress Size 8/10

This is such a pretty vintage dress from the 1950s, in a sweet pink and peach Spring floral print. Boat neck and sleeveless with a dropped waist edged with decorative bows, leading to a very full swing skirt. Full shaping and darted bust. Made from a quality non-stretch cotton and fastens with a back zip. There are some very tiny holes on the lining but these cannot be seen so generally in very good vintage condition.

We measure the clothing laid flat as the diagrams show below and for bust, chest, waist and hips we double the measurement. The labels on vintage clothing can vary massively depending on country of origin and date of manufacture. Clothing sizes have changed over the years and from decade to decade we see alternative types of sizing as well as variations on the way measurements equate to dress sizes.
