This is a very feminine, pretty dress from designer Victor Costa's 70s label Romantica. It has a super bright pink, blue and violet floral pattern over a cream background. The top fabric is very floaty. It has a rounded neckline and a zip, hook and eye to the back. There is no stretch to this dress. An absolutely stunning piece of vintage style history.
