Vintage 1990s Gina Bacconi Blue Silky Dress Size 14

This is a stunning vintage evening dress from Gina Bacconi. Floaty draped style in a very pretty cornflower blue faux silk with skinny straps and beaded trim to the neckline and edges. Fully lined with bias cut layered skirt that's longer at the back and a little shorter at the front. Made from non-stretch polyester. No zips, simple pull-on style. There is a small mark as pictured, this could be removed but is also very hard to see when wearing the dress due to the layer above. There is a tie belt still sealed and attached to the label so it appears this has never been worn. In good vintage condition.

The labels on vintage clothing can vary massively depending on country of origin and date of manufacture. Clothing sizes have changed over the years and from decade to decade we see alternative types of sizing as well as variations on the way measurements equate to dress sizes.

We always recommend that you double-check the measurements of the vintage clothing item you are interested in, ideally by measuring an item of clothing you already own and that fits well, and comparing these measurements. There can be variations due to the desired fit, shape and fabric of an item but our size guidelines are normally very accurate and take the stress out of buying vintage online.
