1970s Vintage Radley Green Stripe Party Dress Size 10

Radley is always a revered and collectable vintage label, and this is a really fun and fabulous party dress from the late 1970s. Shimmering green and black stripes edged with a metallic silver thread. The short puff sleeves are elasticated and can be worn on or off the shoulder. There are two hidden black straps for hanging, one of which is attached by safety pin at one side but this doesn't affect wear. Fixed waist with a black satin ribbon tie-belt. Finished with a voluminous midi skirt. Just add heels for a fabulous retro party look. Non stretch fabric with a back zip fastening. In very good vintage condition.

For example, a dress with a 34" bust, 28" waist and 34" hips would normally equate to a current UK size 10. The labels on vintage clothing can vary massively depending on country of origin and date of manufacture. Clothing sizes have changed over the years and from decade to decade we see alternative types of sizing as well as variations on the way measurements equate to dress sizes.

We always recommend that you double-check the measurements of the vintage clothing item you are interested in, ideally by measuring an item of clothing you already own and that fits well, and comparing these measurements.
